The exhibition urban memories consisted of works by six international artists/artist groups. Before and during the exhibition different aspects of the urban culture of remembrance, with a special focus on diversity and multiple perspectivity, were explored. Performances, readings, film screenings followed by discussions and guided tours were an important part of the show.
Die Ausstellung urban memories zeigte Arbeiten von sechs internationalen Künstlern/Künstlergruppen. Im Vorfeld und während der Ausstellung wurden Aspekte einer urbanen Erinnerungskultur mit besonderem Fokus auf vielfä̈ltige Erinnerungen und Multiperspektivitä̈t erforscht. Performances, Lesungen, Filmvorführungen mit anschließenden Diskussionen und Ausstellungsrundgänge waren Bestandteil der Auseinandersetzung und rundeten die Ausstellung ab.
La exposición urban memories [memorias urbanas] muestra obras de seis artistas o grupos de artistas internacionales. Antes y durante la exposición se exploraron aspectos de la cultura urbana del recuerdo con un enfoque especial en diversidad y múltiple perspectividad. Performances, conferencias, proyecciones de películas seguidas de debates y visitas guiadas fueron parte fundamental de la exposición.
