This action was the first project realized with Angélica Chio within the artists collective daily services
and the start of a long term collaboration.
It was presented in numerous situations in public spaces, festivals and art exhibitions.

daily shoeshine service is a shoeshine action performed in private and public spaces. The shoes are photographed before and after the service.
While daily services shines the shoes, the "customer" is invited to fill out a questionnaire, which asks for general information about shoe shining as well as comments and suggestions for improvements.
In response to the customers' suggestions, daily services introduced refreshments, applied band-aids during the summer, and also started offering the service in the workplace.
daily shoeshine service ist eine Schuhputz-Aktion im öffentlichen Raum. Die Schuhe werden vor und nach dem Putzen fotografiert.
Während daily services die Schuhe putzt, wird der "Kunde" gebeten, einen Fragebogen auszufüllen, in dem wir allgemeine Fragen zum Schuhputzen stellen und darüber hinaus um Kommentare und Verbesserungsvorschläge bitten.
Aufgrund solcher Verbesserungsvorschläge wurde das Angebot im Sommer um Getränke und Pflaster für wunde Füße sowie um einen Service am Arbeitsplatz erweitert.

Mientras daily services lustra los zapatos, el "cliente" puede responder un cuestionario destinado a recopilar información general sobre el cuidado del calzado, así como sugerencias para la mejora del servicio.
Por sugerencia de los clientes, por ejemplo, daily services introdujo bebidas refrescantes para acompañar el servicio, la aplicación de curitas durante el verano y la realización de la acción en lugares de trabajo.
